HOLD: Contract has been sent to the new family awaiting formalities
RESERVED : The kitten is officially reserved for the new family
EVALUATION : We need time to decide whether the kitten will stay at the cattery or not, this kitten may be available later
OPTION: Approved family on hold until reservation age
